We are looking for a HR People Partner to join our team.

 

Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with specific teams to support their people needs in line with company goals;
  • Provide clear, practical HR guidance to managers and team members;
  • Organize smooth and welcoming onboarding and adaptation experiences;
  • Support employee growth through feedback, goal-setting, and development tools;
  • Help ensure labor law and internal policy compliance, with attention to each team’s context;
  • Contribute to a healthy, open work atmosphere and help navigate workplace situations;
  • Take part in initiatives that improve employee engagement and overall satisfaction.

     

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent and organizational development;
  • Experience in the gambling or gaming industry is a strong advantage;
  • Background in high-growth, fast-paced companies is a plus;
  • Proven ability to align HR strategy with business goals and advise senior leadership;
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices: performance & workforce management, succession and compensation planning;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and support change initiatives;
  • Confident user of HR tools (e.g. HiBob, Asana); experience with engagement and performance strategies;
  • Understanding of HR metrics, data-driven decision-making, and cost-effective workforce planning;
  • Proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, with a high level of ownership and analytical thinking;
  • Languages: Native Ukrainian, English B2.
