IT Project Manager
Digis is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our remote team and help us take our cutting-edge project to the next level.
About the project:
The Project partner with luxury and independent hotels to elevate their digital presence and drive sustainable, direct growth.
- Project country and TimeZone: UK, work in the Ukrainian time zone
- Project age: Ongoing project
- Methodology: Scrum
- Part-time job, flexible schedule
- The team: 1 PO, Dev team (8 people)
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
— Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project managemen
Project Management:
— Manage the end-to-end delivery of website builds and booking engine setups
— Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations
Process Improvement:
— Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies
Financial Management:
— Monitor project budgets and financial performance
— Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Sales Support:
— Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
— Support sales activities with project insights, reporting, and client presentations

What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Relevant experience in IT Project Management 5+ years
- 5+ years of experience with Scrum methodology
- 5+ years of experience with Jira/Confluence
- Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex concepts
