Senior Project Manager – Game Development and Art Pipeline

A5 Labs is hiring a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the full game development lifecycle, with a focus on iGaming and casino-style games. This includes managing workflows across design, art, product, and engineering — from early concept through live operations.

Key Responsibilities

Production Leadership:

• Lead and structure workflows across game design, art, and product teams (marketing/UA if needed).
• Oversee full-cycle production: concept → UX/UI → Unity/HTML5 implementation.
• Manage sprints, backlogs, and delivery tracking via Agile (Jira, ClickUp).
• Optimize pipelines: 2D/3D art, Unity assets, VFX, motion, QA handoffs.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Act as the main liaison between creative, technical, and product functions.
• Communicate with regional teams in Asia and Eastern Europe.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and prevent bottlenecks.

Stakeholder & Project Oversight:

• Deliver project updates, retrospectives, and budget reports.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans with measurable KPIs.
• Run structured feedback loops and post-launch evaluations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project or product management roles in game development (iGaming or F2P preferred).
• Experience managing creative teams: UI/UX, concept, 2D/3D art, animation.
• Familiar with game production tools: Unity, Git, localization workflows.
• Skilled in Agile tools (Jira, ClickUp, Confluence), and design tools (Figma, Miro).
• Strong organizational and cross-regional coordination capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with poker, slots, or card-based game mechanics.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools like MidJourney, ChatGPT, or Runway ML.
• Ability to contribute to UX/gameplay reviews and creative ideation.
