PSP (Payment Service Provider Manager)

We are a technology provider operating in the high-risk segment. We provide payment infrastructure (payment orchestration, gateway) adapted to the needs of clients with higher requirements: gamble, adult, fintech, crypto and others.

Our mission is to simplify the connection, management and scaling of payment solutions, ensuring reliability, compliance and high conversion rates.

💼 Objectives:
- Build and scale the company's operating model: processes, KPIs, quality control, automation.
- Build an effective team: selection, hiring, training, motivation.
- Optimize the customer journey: from onboarding to support and upsells.
- Monitor compliance with SLAs, compliance procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the development and implementation of payment services monetization strategy.
- Organize the work of customer support and technical support.

🎯 Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position in fintech / PSP / high-risk processing from 3 years.
- Deep understanding of high-risk verticals and working with payment infrastructure.
- Skills in operations management, team building, process systematization.
- Ability to work under multitasking, legal ambiguity and cross-jurisdictional pressure.
- English language skills at least at Upper-Intermediate level (working language of the company).
- Ability to build communication with technical and non-technical teams, suppliers and customers.

🔥 Will be a plus:

- Experience running or managing a payment orchestrator or processor.

- Understanding of AML/KYC/PCI DSS and other compliance standards.

- Knowledge of high risk payment processing specifics.

- Industry contacts (acquirers, banks, KYB/AML providers, anti-fraud, etc.).

- Experience in scaling a company from 0 to tens of millions of turnover.
