Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a data, business, or product analyst.
- Experience in product- or marketing-driven companies is a strong plus — understanding key business and product metrics is highly valued.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Strong experience with Tableau (must-have).
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI (optional).
- Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and GA4.
- Full-cycle A/B testing expertise: from hypothesis generation to evaluation.
- Ability to decompose, calculate, and interpret key business metrics.
- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian; English level B1 or higher.

- High level of ownership and responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the BI system (Tableau) and enhance decision-making tools for all business units.
- Investigate performance deviations and identify root causes.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve key business outcomes.
- Review and improve existing reports for usability and effectiveness.
- Maintain and enhance predictive models (Customer & Revenue Prediction).
- Support new initiatives through data evaluation and strategic recommendations.
