Senior Product Designer $$ Offline

We’re Applyft — an IT product company which creates value-driven mobile apps. Our journey began with the Geozilla family locator product, but now our portfolio consists of four apps in Family Safety, Entertainment and Mental Health Spheres. We’re proud to have a 5M monthly active users base and to achieve 20% QoQ revenue growth.

Now we are looking for a Product Designer to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Structuring and organizing all existing design work
• Challenging existing design patterns and advocating for cutting-edge UI improvements
• Establishing design workflows, standards, and best practices
• Designing and improving onboarding and paywall screens to boost conversion
• Enhancing in-app UX/UI for new features and existing flows
• Working iteratively through design experiments that push AppLyft towards a desired vision — one you’ll help define

• Balancing innovation with feasibility — assessing the technical and cost implications of design decisions

   

Your professional qualities:

• At least 2 years in a Product Designer role within a well-structured business
• Strong UI/UX design expertise for mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• Deep understanding of Figma (components, Auto Layout, variables) and Design Systems
• Experience designing onboarding, paywalls, and monetization flows
• Experience with user research methods (e.g., usability testing) and user research tools (Maze, UserTesting, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards

• Ability to gather and synthesize existing research and assumptions to design experiments

   

Will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with ASO creatives (App Store / Google Play assets)
• Experience building design and discovery processes from scratch

• Proficient in interface animations and content design
