UX, Graphic Designer with diverse range of tasks

A growing marketing agency is looking for a UX & Graphic Designer to support both internal and client projects. The role involves creating high-quality visual assetsβprimarily for digital use β ensuring brand consistency and collaborating with various teams and clients to bring ideas to life.
β οΈ Please note: This is an βall-rounderβ position. Youβll take on a wide variety of tasks, including: web design, graphics, illustrations, icon design, logo design, brand identities, blog graphics, infographics, thumbnails, photo editing, and occasionally print designs.
π¨ Responsibilities
β’ Improving or creating webdesigns for Desktop & Mobile
β’ Designing and optimizing Google Slides, Docs, and Spreadsheets
β’ Creating branded templates for internal and client use
β’ Designing print materials such as business cards, flyers, roll-up banners, trade show booths, magazines, brochures, etc.
β’ Creating mockups based on client requests
β’ Enhancing and refining existing corporate identities
β’ Creating icons, illustrations, and unique graphics for both print and digital media
β’ Occasionally designing basic logo drafts or concepts
π€ Collaboration & Coordination
β’ Working closely with the web design team using Figma
β’ Managing tasks via Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools
β’ Communicating with clients or the Project Manager to refine and improve designs
Requirements
β Experience in Graphic, Print & Web- Design
β’ Strong skills in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
β’ Solid understanding of print production and file preparation for print
β Proficiency in Digital Tools
β’ Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets)
β’ Experience using Figma for collaboration with web designers
β’ Comfortable working with Asana, ClickUp, or other project management tools
β Creative & Design Expertise
β’ A strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and modern design trends
β’ Experience in developing and refining corporate identities
β’ Ability to translate client requirements into visually compelling designs
β Independent & Structured Work Style
β’ Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
β’ Quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
β’ Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction
β οΈ Mandatory: English level B2 or C1 (fluent English, since daily team meetings will be in english)
