Now we’re looking for a top-level marketing expert to architect and launch full-funnel strategies that deliver real, measurable results - qualified leads ready to work with a high-end Shopify agency. 

Main Objectives:

• Build and launch two complete B2B sales funnels for the US, UK, and Australia
• Focus exclusively on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)

What we expect from you:

• Extensive experience in B2B funnel building for English-speaking markets
• Deep expertise with service-based web/digital agencies
• Proven success running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns — must include case studies
• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and decision-making
• Experience testing offers for US, UK, and Australian audiences
• Skilled in lead gen and retargeting on Meta
• Hands-on email marketing experience (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Ability to source and manage freelancers (actors, editors)
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (written and spoken)

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement full-funnel strategies: lead magnets, nurturing sequences, retargeting flows
• Create powerful offers for cold B2B audiences
• Set up and optimize funnel infrastructure: creatives, landing pages, lead forms, retargeting
• Craft content and communication strategies for every funnel stage
• Tailor funnels to US, UK, and Australian B2B audiences
• Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns, monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and continuously optimize
• Set up email marketing flows to nurture leads
• Manage video production: hire and direct freelance actors and editors

Nice to have:

• CRM + marketing automation integration experience
• Lead generation for service-based agencies on project/subscription models
