We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic React Native Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our mobile application, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both sports stars and fans. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a product from the ground up, bringing innovative features to life and making a real impact on the future of sports funding.

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality React Native applications for both iOS and Android.
• Collaborate closely with a product manager, UI/UX designer, and other engineers to translate designs and requirements into functional features.
• Implement dozens of unique interactive features to enhance fan-star engagement.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions for the mobile application.

🔋 Required Skills & Experience:

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• 2+ years of commercial experience in React Native development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React principles.
• Solid understanding of mobile application development lifecycle (iOS and Android).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Ability to write well-tested, clean, and maintainable code.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

😎 Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with our core tech stack:
  • Next.js (understanding of how it might integrate with a monolith architecture)
  • Supabase
  • Vercel
• Experience with integrating payment gateways or similar financial features.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for mobile applications.
• A passion for sports and/or crowdfunding!
