Community and Events Manager (Web3)

Hey! We’re expanding our Cryptorsy Ventures team and looking for a Web3-native Community & Event Manager who knows how to build vibes, online and IRL! 
 

Who we’re looking for:

– You live and breathe Web3 - you’re active in online communities and show up at the real-life gatherings.

– You understand how to build and engage communities: on Twitter, Telegram, Discord, or wherever your people are.

– You’ve been to countless Web3 events and side meetups and know what makes an event actually memorable.

– You have a creative and structured approach to event planning, from idea to flawless execution.

– You’re a natural networker who knows how to attract the right crowd - builders, founders, speakers, and alpha guests.

What you’ll be doing:
– Grow and engage the Cryptorsy community across social and Web3-native platforms.

– Initiate and organize your own side events.

– Collaborate on events for clients and partners, helping shape their presence in the Web3 space.

– Build strong partnerships and network connections: bring in high-value guests, thought leaders, and community figures.
– Coordinate all event logistics: venues, branding, merch, catering, guest experience - everything down to the details.
– Manage budgets and timelines with precision and accountability.
– Create unique, unforgettable atmospheres that leave a lasting impression - not just another networking meetup.
– Travel globally to attend and manage events on-site where the Web3 community gathers.
