Customer/Technical Support Offline

We are an international product IT company specializing in software for Forex/Crypto/Stock traders. We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and handle user inquiries related to our products.
 

Requirements

  • Experience in the Forex trading is a must ;
  • Experience in implementing and improving a technical support system within a company;
  • Management experience;
  • Written and spoken English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
  • Understanding of user request handling principles (systematization, urgency level determination, prioritization, etc.);
  • Ability to understand and work with technical documentation;
  • Friendliness and the ability to communicate politely, even with difficult customers;
  • Clear communication skills;
  • Technical mindset;
  • Ability to independently find solutions to problems;
  • Responsibility and stress resistance;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Willingness to work in a shifted schedule;
  • Stable internet connection.
     

Additional benefits

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve the existing technical support system;
  • Respond to user inquiries via email;
  • Resolve issues of current and potential users via chat;
  • Troubleshoot problems via Team Viewer;
  • Work on improving text and video instructions on the website (editing existing ones, creating new ones);
  • Create bug reports for developers;
  • Collect suggestions for product improvements and communicate with software developers to implement these suggestions.
