Human Resources manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR manager to join our team.

As our HR Manager, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and retention. You’ll play a key role in shaping our company culture, developing HR strategies, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace for all team members.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, administration, employee relations, and HR operations, with a data-oriented mindset and excellent English skills. This is a hands-on role that requires ownership, professionalism, and strong coordination with the global HR team.

 

What You will do:

  • Team Leadership - Lead and manage the local HR and administrative team. Provide guidance, set priorities, and foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various positions.
  • HR Administration & Compliance - Handle administrative responsibilities such as employee documentation, reporting to local authorities, termination processes (including hearings and legal compliance), and collaboration with legal counsel.
  • Employee & Manager Development -  Support the development of managers and employees through training, performance reviews, and career development initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits / Welfare Management - Manage welfare programs, monitor employee satisfaction, and oversee the HR budget related to employee engagement and benefits.
  • Data & Reporting - Maintain and analyze HR data including recruitment metrics, employee reports, budget tracking, and more.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly status updates to the HR headquarters.
  • Legal and Government Relations - Ensure compliance with Albanian labor laws and regulations, and serve as the liaison with relevant governmental bodies

  • Site manager interview.

 

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in an HR role within a company
  • Prior experience in managing a team – required
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – essential
  • Strong understanding of Albanian labor law and HR compliance
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience in conducting terminations, hearings, and managing HR documentation
  • Comfortable working with data and HR systems (data-oriented mindset)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and produce detailed HR reports
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
