What this role is about
We’re looking for a strong mid-level Delivery/Account Manager to become the main orchestrator across our incoming project and staff augmentation requests.
You’ll be the person who:
- Picks up new requests from sales and helps shape the engagement.
- Works closely with recruiters, resource managers, and clients.
- Coordinates everything between sales, staffing, contracts, and delivery.
- Signs agreements and keeps the wheels turning smoothly.
- Ensures clients feel we’ve got it under control - because we do 🙂
- Most of the workload will come from staff augmentation requests (finding and onboarding engineers into client teams), with occasional full-cycle delivery projects.

What you’ll be doing
- Own the full cycle from incoming client requests - to a signed contract - to a successful onboarding.
- Communicate clearly with sales, recruitment, and delivery teams.
- Manage timelines, expectations, and next steps — no silos.
- Be the point of contact for clients: transparent, responsive, and calm under pressure.
- Follow up on projects to make sure delivery stays on track.
- Track and improve internal processes where needed.
- Be a line manager for the team members who work on your accounts.

Who we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience in IT delivery, project coordination, or client/account management.
- Hands-on experience with staff augmentation or outsourcing services.
- Strong communication and soft skills - you’re a people person who gets things done.
- Confident English (upper-intermediate+), both written and spoken.
- Self-driven, structured, and proactive - we don’t micromanage here.
