Now, we’re looking for a Senior IT Sales Manager ⭐️ to help us expand our client base and drive growth. You’ll work on strategic B2B deals with monthly volumes crossing $100K, so if you have a strong sales background, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building long-term partnerships, this is your opportunity.

For a perfect match, we expect  🎯

 

  • 4+ years in IT outsourcing or consulting sales with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue
  • English C1
  • Experience in full-cycle sales, from lead generation to closing deals using Upwork, LinkedIn, or other platforms
  • Solid understanding and selling of such technologies as Node.js., React, WordPress, and Laravel
  • Deep understanding of IT services and industry trends.
  • Consultative sales approach, ability to understand customer pain points, and offer tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Objection-handling expertise and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Proficiency in CRM tools to track and manage sales activities efficiently

  • Experience selling to enterprise clients or high-value B2B accounts
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation and deal structuring

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities πŸ’Ό

  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Conducting full-cycle sales using Upwork and other platforms: from prospecting and initial contact to contract signing
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transitions for the delivery team
  • Proactively work on internal sales tasks to improve processes and optimize sales operations
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes
  • Handle objections effectively and develop creative solutions
  • Analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities
