Project Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in fintech!
Our team is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a Project Manager with proven experience leading fintech projects — such as banking solutions, payment systems, or investment platforms. If you have a solid understanding of software development processes, confidently work within Agile frameworks, and know how to ensure effective collaboration between business and technical teams — we’d love to hear from you!

Experience & Knowledge:
- 4+ years of commercial experience in project management within the IT sector.
- Proven experience managing fintech projects (e.g., banking solutions, payment systems, investment platforms).
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong working knowledge and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid experience in project estimation, planning, task decomposition, and backlog management.
- Proficient in facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and manage risks, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ability to decompose business requirements into Epics and User Stories, and prioritize them based on business value.
- Proficiency in maintaining up-to-date project documentation and ensuring cross-team transparency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple fintech projects simultaneously.
- Confident in task prioritization, deadline control, and team coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the planning, implementation and successful delivery of several fintech projects, meeting deadlines and approved scope of work.
- Ensuring transparent and effective communication between stakeholders: business stakeholders, UI/UX designers and development team.
- Decomposition of business requirements into Epics and User Stories for further development.
- Maintaining and prioritizing the project backlog.
- Maintaining and updating project documentation.
- Estimating labor costs and project planning for fintech products.
- Identifying bottlenecks in development processes, managing potential risks.
- Conducting Agile events (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro, etc.);
Coordinating the work of the development team and related specialists. - Project scope management: task prioritization, phased planning, progress tracking.
- Control of deadlines and timely removal of obstacles affecting delivery.
Expected Outcomes:
- Successful and timely implementation of projects within the defined scope and budget.
- Well-structured backlog with properly defined and prioritized episodes/user stories.
- Accurate project estimation and planning, minimizing risks and delays.
- Optimized workflows with identified and eliminated bottlenecks.
