Automation and Operations Specialist Offline

Bridgital is a US-based small but growing agency helping SMBs save time through AI and automation. We’re looking for someone who knows n8n inside out and can turn big ideas into working systems. 

What You’ll Do:

• Build automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.
• Design automation & integration infrastructure.
• Propose automation solutions for a client, if any operational gaps are found. 
• Set up API/webhook connections and AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
• Own your projects from spec to launch — fast, clean, and documented.
• Keep the founder updated and occasionally explain builds to clients.

Skills/Knowledge. Those are important, but it's okay not to know some of those: 

• Strong experience in n8n (bonus: JS/Python).
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and automation tools.
• Self-management, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• CRM/ops tool knowledge (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Experience with data tools or client-facing technical roles.
