Business Analyst

📍 Location: Kyiv | Hybrid (1 day remote per week after onboarding)                              We're looking for a Business Analyst who wants to dive deep into product logic, streamline task management for multiple partner programs, and become the key knowledge holder of how our systems operate.

🧩 What You'll Be Doing

• Act as a central liaison between stakeholders and the development team;
• Work with internal partner programs to collect and formalize product requirements;
• Translate business needs into clear, structured tasks and documentation;
• Coordinate with developers to ensure tasks are implemented accurately and on time;
• Maintain structured documentation and become a domain expert on our internal systems;
• Manage multiple projects with different priorities and technical scopes.
  
   

✅ What We Expect

• 1+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a product or outsourcing company;
• Understanding of software development processes and task lifecycle;
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other task tracking tools;
• Strong communication and documentation skills;
• Independence and the ability to deep-dive into systems and processes;
• (Bonus) Experience in working with affiliate systems or partner integrations.
