As a recruiter on our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting candidates who share our vision of empowering young people.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates
  • Conducting interviews and candidate evaluation
  • Collaboration with department Team Leads
  • Exploring alternative sourcing channels

 

 

Soft skills:

  • Analytical thinking: Ability to evaluate information and select the most suitable candidates
  • Attention to detail: Observing details when reviewing resumes and during interviews
  • Critical thinking: Ability to analyze various factors and make informed decisions

 

Hard skills:

  • Basic knowledge of recruiting platforms: Ability to work with key sources for candidate sourcing
  • Resume and vacancy management: Ability to post, edit, and screen resumes
  • Basics of recruiting: Understanding the key stages of the recruiting process and candidate selection

 

The stages of the recruiting process:

1. Technical task.

2. HR Interview.

 

Throughout the entire onboarding period, the HR manager will support the recruiter at each stage of the recruiting process.

 

Terms of Cooperation:

  • Part-time job
  • Hybrid work
  • Flexible working hours
  • Official employment through FOP
  • Salary: 200-250$ in the adaptation period (based on the interview results)
  • Salary review after the adaptation period based on the KPI
