We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join an exciting long-term project focused on GenAI use cases within a top-tier management consulting firm.

🌍 Location: Poland (remote)
🕐 Time Zone: CET working hours (team split between US East Coast & Europe)
🚀 Start Date: ASAP

A leading global management consulting firm trusted by a wide range of enterprise and government clients. You’ll be contributing to a platform transforming internal workflows through Generative AI.
🧩 About the Project
You’ll work on impactful GenAI features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value use cases. The team is 10+ professionals and growing.
As part of the delivery team, you’ll:
- Be the technical driver for GenAI feature development
- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders
- Support specific use cases across consulting practices
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform’s GenAI capabilities
Project Stage: Ongoing
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Python backend development
- Solid SQL knowledge
- Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, S3, SQS)
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines
💡 Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with FastAPI
- Familiarity with Terraform
- Knowledge of ML/AI workflows
- Docker usage experience
- Passion for Generative AI
