Project Manager to $1050 Offline

ABOUT US:

We are a Smart Crypto Investment Automation Platform, and we're seeking a Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our product development and delivery, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure that we are meeting our business goals and objectives.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Drive the product roadmap and delivery for our product development efforts, ensuring that we are meeting our product vision, roadmap timelines, and budget.
• Create and maintain product plans, including product schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and scope, and ensure that our development efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Manage project resources, including staff and external vendors, to ensure that we are meeting our project needs and objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings and communication to ensure that all team members are aware of product and project status, risks, and issues.
• Monitor product and project progress and identify and manage risks and issues that could impact project success.
• Develop and maintain project management best practices and processes that can be used across the organization.
• Ensure project complies with company procedures
   

Requirements:
 

• 1+ years of experience in product management and project management, preferably in a startup environment or in the technology industry.
• Good knowledge of agile software development methodologies and practices.
• Experience with product management and project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering products and projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing and mentoring product and project team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate product and project risks and issues.
• Knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency culture and space is a plus.
