Ad Accounts Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ad Accounts Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for daily monitoring, financial reconciliation, and operational coordination across ad accounts provided by external suppliers. You will play a critical role  in ensuring the accuracy of balances, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining transparency between us and our partners. 

This is an entry-level position  with strong potential for growth. Over time, the right candidate may take full ownership of relationships with specific suppliers—including not only financial oversight, but also technical coordination and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily balances and activity across multiple ad accounts
• Reconcile balances between supplier reports and internal records to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking
•  Provide regular updates and reports on supplier account performance
• Assist the accounts and suppliers team in all their regular tasks
• Grow into managing supplier relationships, including communication, troubleshooting, and account orders

Qualifications

• 📊 Exceptional analytical and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data reconciliation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• 🤝Minimum B2 level English, both written and verbal
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google) is a plus
