QA and coordinator – help build a SaaS product with impact Offline

We need a person with initiative and self-management for assisting our growing team of currently 4 remote developers.

We have a market-leading SaaS product for transportation, and our customers are hauliers and municipalities in Denmark. We have grown more than 100% for the last 12 months, and expect to grow a lot more in the future. Our development is true-agile, meaning full focus on what provides value and compliance.

We need a new team member who is NOT a programmer, but knows how to help out programmers with coordination, written specs, QA etc. Because our team is small, we can adapt the job to your skills, and you can try out various types of tasks, and then later, when our team grows, you can specialize in the type of tasks that you prefer to do most.

We expect you to be good at handling many factual details, but also figure out which specs make sense and which don't, and you are able to adapt to many different kinds of tasks, in self-driven way. We expect you to be good at producing output in written form, and we welcome the use of Artificial Intelligence.

Our developers are currently using Go, Gitlab, PostgreSQL, targeting Ubuntu Linux, and a bit of Android mobile app development.
Our architecture is enterprise-platform-type, with regulatory compliance on cybersecurity, data security, reliability and compliance with national infrastructure requirements.

You must be a Ukrainian or EU citizen, good at English, and we expect you to be located in Ukraine, and work remotely with payment by invoice.

We offer great Ukrainian/Danish teamwork, and our SaaS product is about helping people with disabilities to have a good life.

IMPORTANT: Please provide a cover letter where you explain how you can help our software developers in a self-driven way, and how you can help our team to make the perfect product for our customers. Describe how you work when not being instructed in details about what to do. We may reject applications that do not provide such an explanation in the cover letter.
