IT Sales Manager

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cyber security. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

 

Currently, we are searching for an experienced IT Sales Manager for our partner.


Work type: Office/Remote.

Technical level: Middle.

Job category: Sales.

English level: Advanced.
 

Responsibilities:

โ€” Work with existing QA Madness partners;

โ€” Update and develop current QA Madness partnership program to grow sales;

โ€” Achieve monthly and quarter sales KPIs via partnership channels;

โ€” Collaborate with Client Relations department to push sales via referrals and recommendations from our current clients;

โ€” Collaborate with marketing and leadgen deps for partnership campaigns;

โ€” Work with emails, LinkedIn and other platforms through the partnership programs (Experience with Upwork will be a plus);

โ€” Set up HubSpot reports to review monthly/quarter/annual analytics.

 

Hard skills:

โ€” 2+ years experience in IT sales or close roles (account management/ client relations/ delivery manager);

โ€” English level - advanced, C1;

โ€” General understanding of modern technologies;

โ€” Ability to understand project requirements, ask relevant questions and convert answers into structured briefs;

โ€” Excellent organisational and time management skills;

โ€” Responsible and attentive work with CRM.

 

Soft skills:

โ€” Analytical and logical thinking skills;

โ€” Responsibility, ability to hear and learn from others;

โ€” Strong communication and negotiation skills;

โ€” Ability to build relationships with customers and partners;

โ€” Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

โ€” Ambitions and a huge desire to grow professionally.

Remuneration:

Wages + Bonus (3-7% monthly)

 

Steps of the interview process:

STEP 4: Interview with Head of Sales.
