Payment Operation Manager Offline

We are a global product company operating in the iGaming sector, with a strong presence across the world. 
We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Payment Operations Manager who will oversee and monitor payment processes, ensure smooth operation, and maintain high-quality service for our customers. The primary goal is to improve the efficiency of payment operations, swiftly resolve incidents, and collaborate with payment providers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring payment traffic in real-time and responding to emergency alerts;
  • Rapid and accurate rerouting of payment traffic according to instructions and the current status of providers;
  • Enhancing response levels to failures and anomalies in processing and promptly notifying internal teams to resolve issues;
  • Documenting changes on payment systems, internal distributions, and configurations (cashier, buttons, provider distribution, enabling/disabling, payment flows);
  • Analyzing current payment flows, methods, monitoring systems, and provider priorities;
  • Announcing critical changes in payment flows;
  • Conducting UX quality testing for integrated payment methods, acceptance, and sign-off on technical integrations;
  • Creating and tracking bug tickets in JIRA;
  • Updating and communicating changes related to payments (temporary shutdowns, new payment method launches);
  • Collaborating with other departments includin technical and customer support;
  • Resolving issues with providers regarding failed transactions, analyzing reasons for drops in approval rates, and systematic communication with providers about new products.

 

Key skills:

  • At least 1 years of experience in Fintech, E-commerce, or PSP (Payment Service Provider) operations;
  • Ability to analyze KPIs (payment approval rate, conversion rate, canceled transactions, timeouts, etc.);
  • Experience with JIRA, Excel, and written communication with international clients and partners;
  • Understanding of how payment systems work and their components;
  • Attention to detail, fast learner, strong analytical skills, and high responsibility;
  • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
  • Initiative and proactive approach;
  • High level of independence and ability to take responsibility.
