Join us as an Internal Controls and Risks Specialist Senior in the Financial Processes and Controls team, Finance department.

How exactly you can influence the development of the company:
• implementing methodologies, policies, and procedures for internal controls and risk management in accordance with group policies and monitoring their execution
• analyzing business processes for the purpose of implementing key internal controls
• ensuring that the internal control system covers key financial processes, compliance requirements, and other internal processes of the company
• conducting risk analysis and business process audits; implementing necessary controls based on the results
• analyzing the compliance of existing controls with the group’s compliance framework.
• ensuring the alignment of internal control designs with control owners and maintaining the company’s internal control environment up to date
• performing internal control testing in accordance with the group’s methodology.
• ensuring SOX controls compliance
• supporting the process of providing information and implementing external/internal audit recommendations based on audit results
• coordinating the risk assessment process in line with the group’s methodology, maintaining the company’s risk register, and monitoring the implementation of mitigation plans.
• participating in the development and annual review of the company’s operational risk appetite, subject to management-level approval
• preparing and presenting reports on the effectiveness of internal controls and key company risks
• payment and cost controls
Challenges for three months:
• adapting to the team and the company; gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and internal processes
• designing and implementing company-level, compliance-related, and other essential internal controls
• defining and preparing a roadmap for the implementation of required controls in 2025
• analyzing the existing risk matrix and preparing a plan for further improvements
To achieve the results, you will need:
• at least 3 years of experience in internal controls, risk management, or audit in consulting (Big 4) or international companies
• higher education in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• practical experience with internal controls: design, implementation, testing, and ongoing monitoring
• solid knowledge of IFRS standards and their application in practice
• experience with SOX controls is an advantage
• strong analytical and business thinking; risk-based approach to decision-making
• excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• ability to work independently and take initiative
• upper-intermediate level of English proficiency
• ACCA certification is an advantage
• knowledge of ITGC (IT General Controls) is an advantage
