Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting introductory calls and presenting company services.
  • Identifying client needs and collecting preliminary information.
  • Maintaining contact records and lead statuses in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with lawyers and consultants to prepare commercial proposals.
  • Achieving sales targets and providing regular reports.

Requirements

  • A degree in law (mandatory).
  • Experience in sales or business development (preferably in legal, consulting, or B2B services).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and working proficiency in English.
  • Strong self-organization, initiative, and goal orientation.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
