Python Backend Developer

Project Overview:
The platform automates financial and operational tasks for startups. Built in Python, the backend comprises microservices supporting features like Excel-to-Python logic conversion, LLM integrations, and API endpoints.

Responsibilities:
— Implement backend features from epics and documentation
— Estimate and deliver story points
— Maintain and extend existing services (Auth0, Upload, Messaging)
— Write tested and maintainable Python code
— Integrate with LLM pipelines and APIs

Required Skills:
— 4+ years Python experience
— Docker, REST APIs, microservices
— PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB
— Auth0 or similar auth systems
— Comfortable using Cursor (AI dev tool)
Nice to Have:
— Fintech or LLM application experience
— Experience converting spreadsheets into backend logic
— Familiar with YouTrack, GitHub workflows
