Senior PHP Developer

Location: Remote
Domain: Finance & Insurance

Engagement: Up to 1 full-time week (with potential for extension)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to help us finalize a project in the finance and insurance domain. The project has been delayed due to resource availability, and we need a senior specialist to step in, assess the current state, and help move things forward.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the current backend architecture and codebase
• Define and delegate tasks to another backend developer
• Review and provide feedback on pull requests

• Assist in finalizing outstanding development tasks

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with PHP (Laravel or Symfony preferred)
• Experience in finance or insurance-related projects is a strong plus
• Ability to review, refactor, and guide backend code
• Comfortable working independently and providing technical leadership
• (Optional) German language proficiency or experience working on German-speaking projects

Duration:

• Initial engagement of up to 1 working week, with focused tasks
• Potential for additional work depending on project needs
