Retention Manager Offline

πΈ You are definitely right for us if YOU have:
β’ 3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end CRM campaign management and process ownership;
β’ solid experience with no-code CRM platforms β Customer.io is a must;
β’ strong command of English (upper-intermediate or higher), both written and spoken;
β’ at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the iGaming industry.

πΈ Your tasks will include:
β’ develop and deliver effective CRM campaigns using automation tools, closely monitoring performance metrics to drive engagement and continuous improvement;
β’ work in close alignment with the product and acquisition teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts;
β’ develop and manage promos and activities on the platform. Be responsible for retention, churn rate;
β’ create email sequences, sms, pop-up and in-app notifications including creative copy;
β’manage reporting processes, identify needs for new CRM features, and optimize current workflows for efficiency and scale;
β’ stay informed on the latest CRM technologies and trends, with a particular focus on strategies relevant to Tier 1 markets;
β’ lead the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns, maintaining high standards for quality and consistency;
β’ prioritize and process internal requests from cross-functional teams, validate new features, and support their timely implementation.
πΈ Will be a plus:
β’ knowledge of Optimove or Smartico.
