About the role:
 

We’re looking for a Developer Relations Manager to help lead the execution of our upcoming global hackathon and grow a vibrant, engaged developer community around our AI orchestration product.

 

In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between our product/engineering team and external developers, empowering them to build, experiment, and submit innovative solutions using our platform. From crafting tutorials and technical docs to hosting community sessions and offering hands-on support, your work will drive the success of our hackathon and the broader developer ecosystem.

 

This is a dynamic, highly visible position for someone who thrives at the intersection of code, community, and communication.

Requirements:

 

  • 2–4 years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration workflows.
  • Experience building and debugging apps or tools with developer-facing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating documentation, demos, or technical tutorials.
  • Comfortable leading live community events (e.g., Q&As, office hours, onboarding).
  • Familiarity with developer communities on platforms like Discord, Slack, GitHub.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.


Responsibilities:

 

Plan and execute developer onboarding and engagement initiatives for the hackathon.

  • Create starter kits, quickstart guides, documentation, and sample apps.
  • Lead technical walkthroughs, onboarding sessions, and office hours for participants.
  • Actively support the community through Discord, GitHub, and other channels.
  • Collect and relay developer feedback to internal teams to improve the product.
  • Spotlight outstanding hackathon submissions and community contributions.
  • Foster long-term relationships with developers and technical advocates.

     

Nice to have:
 

  • Prior experience or interest with AI/LLM agent frameworks or orchestration platforms.
  • Experience participating in or organizing hackathons or developer competitions.
  • Background working with open-source communities or developer tooling startups.
  • Familiarity with platforms like LangChain, OpenAI, or agentic runtimes.
  • Experience writing blog posts or recording dev-focused videos.


Working conditions details:

  • Contract (3–4 months for hackathon cycle, with potential to extend).
  • Flexible schedule with availability for key live sessions and community support.
  • You’ll use tools like GitHub, Notion, Discord, Zoom, and our internal orchestration platform.
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams.
