Integrations Manager Offline

As Product Manager - Integrations at TrueLabel you will be responsible for delivering service integrations β€” from writing technical specifications to implementation and go-live. You will also support cross-functional product teams during the production stage by identifying and implementing technical improvements and fixes to help boost conversion rates.

 

Your tasks:

  • Maintain product integrations roadmap;
  • Author best-in-class technical specifications for integrations with 3rd party systems at the deepest level of details;
  • Collaborate with worldwide 3rd party providers technical integration teams to design specifications, implement and support integrations;
  • Collaborate with Engineering team on integration roadmap execution and post-release technical support;
  • Ensure highest quality for integrations before go-live through working with QA team and extensive acceptance testing;
  • Ensure all necessary approvals before go-live (QA, Legal, Payments, Business);
  • Author integration go-live runbooks and manage runbook execution throughout all the participants on the go-live date.

     

Our Criteria:

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis and product management, including writing functional and technical requirements;
  • 2+ years experience as an Integration Manager or Business Analyst in the iGaming/Fintech industry;
  • Someone who thrives at the intersection of Tech and Business;
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives;
  • Excellent written and verbal English;
  • Understanding of iGaming product tracking and Analytics;
  • Understanding of iGaming product security requirements and possible abuse scenarios.
