Senior React Developer to $5000 Offline

Metamindz is a fast-growing UK-based IT software company. We help by providing fractional CTOs as-a-service, building digital products, hiring technical talent, and conducting tech due diligence.

We’re currently looking for a Senior React Developer to join one of our fast-scaling international clients in a long-term outstaffing arrangement. This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone passionate about building elegant, fast, and scalable front-end applications using modern tools and best practices.

Responsibilities:
 

• Build and maintain complex front-end interfaces using React, TypeScript, Redux, and Next.js;
• Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and high Lighthouse/Web Vitals scores;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using unit-tests;
• Implement pixel-perfect UI using Material UI, Tailwind, and custom components;
• Work with Vite for modern and fast development tooling;
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers;
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements and front-end architecture decisions.

Requirements:
 

• 4+ years of commercial experience building front-end applications;
• Advanced skills in React, TypeScript, Redux, Next.js, and Vite;
• Strong experience with Material UI, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design;
• Deep understanding of performance optimization and modern Web Vitals;
• Experience writing unit-tests and promoting testable code practices;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and collaborative development workflows;
• Self-driven, communicative, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
