Marketing & Events Specialist Offline
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and energetic Marketing & Events Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing all aspects of our marketing events, including industry exhibitions, webinars, meetups, and customer-facing meetings. You will also support broader marketing communications and PR efforts to amplify our brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of industry exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and internal/external events.
Manage the company event calendar and ensure alignment with BD, sales, and partner strategies.
Coordinate booth design, production, and logistics (including shipments, installations, and teardown).
Handle on-site or virtual event operations, including setup, support, lead capture, and follow-ups.
Organize customer or partner meetings around events, including venue booking, agenda planning, and onsite coordination.
Plan and execute webinars, tech meetups, and other brand-hosted events (both online and offline).
Marketing Communications & PR
Draft and distribute event-related marketing materials: landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and social media posts.
Maintain alignment with brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
Coordinate with external PR agencies or act as the internal PR lead for press releases, media outreach, and speaker opportunities.
Support the preparation of talk tracks and presentations for company speakers (webinars, panels, keynotes).
Post-Event Follow-Up & Analytics
Coordinate lead handoff to sales and ensure all leads are properly captured and processed.
Collect and analyze event ROI, lead quality, attendance, and engagement data.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Must-Have:
2β4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech or networking industry.
Proven track record in event planning and coordination across multiple formats (in-person, hybrid, online).
Excellent project management and organizational skills β able to run multiple events simultaneously.
Copywriting and content creation skills for event promos and comms.
Comfortable with tools like HubSpot/Marketo, Google Workspace, Canva/Figma, Zoom/Webex, Eventbrite, or similar.
Fluent in written English.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with PR agencies or handling media relations in-house.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (we use HubSpot).
Understanding of demand generation and how to leverage events for pipeline contribution.
Ability to support executive communications and speaker coaching.
Background in or passion for tech, SaaS, or computer networking.
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail, with a structured approach to planning and problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills β able to collaborate across teams and with external vendors.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with shifting priorities.
Self-starter with a βget things doneβ attitude and minimal supervision.

Smooth execution of 10+ events/year (webinars, expos, meetups).
Event-driven campaigns that generate leads, press coverage, and brand visibility.
