What You'll Do:

• Dive deep into projects and tasks to truly understand their essence.
• Understand client needs and turn them into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
• Collaborate on creating digital marketing materials — banners, presentations, websites, videos, and more.
• Coordinate the work of designers and developers: set priorities, track deadlines, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Take part in daily stand-ups to discuss tasks, progress, and challenges.
• Align with Inshi’s values and help grow a strong team culture.

What We're Looking For:

• English proficiency (Upper Intermediate or higher)
• Experience managing creative projects (e.g., creative project manager, account manager, project manager)
• Basic Figma knowledge 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
