Junior QA Engineer Offline

UK-based product that helps to connect cooks and customers and provides robust arrangement options to support in-home, delivery, or pickup services. It supports both web and mobile experiences.

Requirements:

📍Proven experience in application support or a related field

📍Familiarity with dev tools and troubleshooting for browsers (e.g., Chrome, Safari)

📍Experience with web/mobile application testing

📍Ability to create clear, concise test cases and test documentation

📍Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies

📍Ability to communicate effectively in English (B2) or higher

📍Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities:

✔️Utilize ITIL-based tools for incident, problem, and change management

✔️Monitor and track all active incidents and known issues to resolution

✔️Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure customer success

✔️Provide clear, detailed, and step-by-step instructions to customers in English on how to handle and resolve issues with our products

✔️Participate in calls with clients, draft professional and well-structured emails to respond to client inquiries and provide solutions

✔️Write and maintain test cases and scripts to validate software functionality

✔️Execute tests, perform regression testing, and verify fixes and new features

✔️Participate in product releases and ensure system stability after updates.

Would be a plus:

• Familiarity with API testing
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Postman)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA processes in agile teams
