Project Manager (IT Outsourcing)

We’re a remote-first software company delivering AI-integrated solutions for startups and SMBs. With delivery quality as one of our key advantages, we’re now ready to bring in our first Project Manager to strengthen execution and drive project success across multiple engagements.

What You’ll Do

• Drive project planning: define scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end project execution: coordinate developers, track timelines, and ensure quality delivery
• Lead client communication: run demos, clarify requirements, and proactively manage expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks early
• Track and report on progress and KPIs, ensuring high visibility for all parties
• Help improve internal delivery practices and structure lightweight documentation and reporting

• Contribute to defining and optimising our SDLC and internal workflows

   

What We Expect

• 1,5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a software development environment
• C1 English level: confident in both writing and live communication
• Strong self-organisation and ownership mindset
• Experience with tools like Jira and Google Workspace
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum practices
• Comfortable working independently in an environment without rigid processes
• Eagerness to grow and improve both personally and professionally

Nice to Have

• Technical background or basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Completed PM or BA/Product Management courses
• Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, prompt engineering, automation workflows)
• Experience managing multiple small-to-medium projects in parallel
• Basic understanding of software estimation and effort scoping
