Sales Development Representative (SDR) Offline

OmiSoft is a European tech company that builds smart, scalable software with a focus on AI, Web3, and blockchain. Since 2017, we’ve helped startups and enterprises launch 70+ projects across healthcare, fintech.
Now, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base and boost sales. If you’re passionate about B2B tech sales, have a proactive mindset, and want to thrive in a fast-paced IT environment — we want to hear from you!
Upwork will be your main platform for outreach, so experience there is a big plus.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ months of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, SDR, or a similar client outreach role in the IT sector
  • Hands-on experience working with Upwork as a primary sales channel
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and client acquisition strategies
  • Familiarity with IT outsourcing models and service-based businesses
  • Understanding of popular tech stacks and their frameworks and libraries (Node.js, React.js, WordPress, Python, Blockchain)
  • Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored service solutions
  • Confident in handling objections and driving conversations toward conversions
  • Strong English skills (B2 level or higher)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with bidding automation platforms like Gigradar or similar tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Set up intro calls, coordinate communication, and follow up consistently
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Managment and internal delivery teams
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate lead and deal information
  • Help develop and execute outreach strategies to attract qualified leads
