Now they’re ready to scale — and we need a Head of Growth to lead the charge.
🎯 The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic operator and team integrator — someone who can own revenue growth across all business units and lead execution with speed and precision. You’ll drive performance, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and free the founder to focus on product, brand, and vision.
This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role designed for a proven leader who’s scaled digital products in the $1M–$10M+ range and is ready to do it again.
What You’ll Own
📈 Growth Strategy & Execution
Own KPIs across revenue, CAC, LTV, retention, and upsells. Deliver week-by-week growth across SaaS, mentoring, and info products.
🧠 Cross-Functional Integration
Align marketing, CRO, ops, sales, and product teams to one growth roadmap. Be the glue that makes high-performance possible.
🚀 Funnel & Launch Leadership
Lead launches, evergreen funnels, tripwires, onboarding journeys, and campaigns — from strategy to execution.
📊 Forecasting & Planning
Own revenue projections, sprint calendars, and KPI dashboards. See what’s coming and what’s working — before anyone else does.
👥 Team Leadership & Accountability
Lead internal and external teams. Drive outcomes without micromanaging. Keep everyone focused on the scoreboard.

Work directly with the founder to turn ideas into action — and remove them from day-to-day coordination.

- Led growth at a 7–8 figure info product, SaaS, online products, or digital education company
- Managed cross-functional teams of 20+ across marketing, ops, and tech
- Shipped high-performing funnels, launches, and campaigns end-to-end
- Mastered metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, refund rate, and funnel conversions
- Worked in high-speed environments with weekly sprints (not quarterly planning)
- Personally optimized paid funnels (Meta ads preferred) and built scalable systems

- Familiar with hybrid monetization models (evergreen funnels + launches + high-ticket + SaaS)
