We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to help PandaTeam grow top-notch teams across Ukraine and beyond.

 

We’re looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment will be a plus
  • Knowledge of the tech talent market, its trends, and salary benchmarks
  • A hands-on understanding of various sourcing tools and platforms
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A structured, reliable, and result-oriented approach to work
  • A genuine interest in complex, niche, or non-traditional roles — the trickier, the better

What you’ll do in this role

  • Manage and execute sourcing strategies across multiple markets (Ukraine and beyond)
  • Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates based on both skills and culture fit
  • Collaborate with internal managers (like HRs/AMs/DMs) and external clients to align on expectations and share hiring progress
  • Provide a consultative approach to clients — you’re not just recruiting, you’re advising
  • Keep our candidate database up to date and full of potential
