Middle Python Software Engineer Offline

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Software Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Python, particularly with FastAPI, to join our growing team. You’ll be working on a modern, high-performance backend for a web application in the insurance domain.

About the Project:
You will be part of a product team developing a platform for the insurance industry.

Requirements:
 

• 2+ years of professional experience with Python and FastAPI
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Experience with Git and collaborative development
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker
• Experience with async programming in Python
• Familiarity with RESTful API design best practices
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
