Head of Retention (iGaming) Offline
A Ukrainian product IT company that creates technologies for the iGaming industry is looking for a Head of Retention. The company develops proprietary software solutions, maintains large-scale infrastructure, and provides B2B services in the online entertainment sector.
This role is for a strategic leader who knows how to think in numbers, build long-term customer relationships, and knows how CRM affects business metrics.

Our candidate:
🔹 Has 2+ years in a leadership position in CRM/Retention in the iGaming industry
🔹 Has worked with Tier 1 markets (USA, Canada, Western Europe)
🔹 Has hands-on experience with Smartico, Optimove or similar custom platforms
🔹 Speaks English at B2+ level for daily communications
🔹 Confidently works with metrics: segmentation, CJM, A/B testing, loyalty, re-activation
🔹 Able to manage a team, coordinate CRM campaigns and integrate analytics into daily work
Main tasks:
✅ Building and implementing a CRM strategy
✅ Management of omnichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push)
Optimization of the user's communication cycle
✅ Data analysis and implementation of data-driven solutions
✅ Collaboration with marketing, analysts, product and technical teams
✅ Mentoring and managing a team of CRM specialists
