Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech& SaaS company helping businesses manage and optimize their software spend. We’re looking for a highly organized person to join our company as an IT Manager & IT Support (Internal).

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Upper-Intermediate English level required
• The go-to person for IT challenges, delivering quick and effective solutions
• Skilled at architecting and managing secure user access across tools like Google Workspace, password managers, Slack, and more
• Experienced collaborating with HR to handle user onboarding, offboarding, and overall user lifecycle management
• Committed to maintaining strong security through enforcement of IT policies
• Proficient in overseeing the full lifecycle and inventory of IT assets, including device management
• Able to create clear, user-friendly technical documentation and guides
• Hands-on experience with G Suite (Google Workspace)
• Experience with service desk tools like GLPI is a plus

What you will do:

• Provide first-line support for IT issues, troubleshooting both hardware and software problems
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT resource access in close coordination with HR
• Deliver timely internal support to resolve user IT challenges efficiently
• Ensure all IT systems comply with security standards and policies
• Track and manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and devices inventory
• Develop and maintain helpful documentation and guides for employees
