Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Analyze customer behavior and segment audiences to create personalized campaigns.
- Manage loyalty programs, reward systems, and other initiatives to retain existing customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retention campaigns and report results to management.
- Design and run communication campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS) to engage users.
- Identify reasons for customer churn and develop action plans to address these issues.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance retention initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer retention or a similar role.
- Proven experience in customer retention for medication sales is a priority.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (CRM, email marketing tools).
- Native-level fluency in English (C1 or higher preferred).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work remotely and be flexible with working hours, ideally following Florida time but at least until 2:00 PM NYC time if not based in the U.S.

- Initial discussion with the recruiter via messaging.
- Meeting with the Chief Business Development Officer (40-50 minutes).
Meeting with the CEO (20 minutes).
