π Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in IT, iGaming, or Affiliate Marketing
- Experience working in or with recruitment agencies
- Deep understanding of job roles and ideal candidate profiles
- Ability to write engaging job descriptions tailored to target audiences
- Confident in interpreting and presenting client requirements
- Proficient with recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and ATS platforms
- Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
- Skilled in competency-based interviews and candidate evaluation
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Strong judgment of both hard and soft skills
- English β B1+
- Ukrainian is a plus
π Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment cycle β from brief to offer
- Managing and updating the candidate database
- Daily communication with clients and hiring teams
- Active sourcing through ATS, social media, and professional networks
- Conducting interviews and providing structured feedback
- Preparing reports and updates for clients
- Participation in industry events and conferences
