Manual QA Engineer (Chile)

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Manual QA Engineer to join our international team in the iGaming industry. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in manual testing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for quality. 

 

Location: Remote — only candidates residing in Chile will be considered.
Experience Level: 1+ years in Manual QA, ideally in Gambling/iGaming.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Manual QA, with a solid track record in the gambling/iGaming industry;
  • Advanced debugging and analytical skills — you know how to get to the root of complex issues and drive resolution;
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and tools;
  • Good working knowledge of testing web and mobile applications, including use of mobile emulators and real devices;
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with a strong sense of ownership and initiative;
  • Confident in using tools like Jira (incl. JQL), Confluence, TestRail, Postman, and Unix shell scripting;
  • Technical education background (Computer Science or related field);
  • English — Intermediate+ (able to communicate confidently with international teams).

    Nice to Have:
  • Basic understanding of Docker or other containerization technologies;
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks (especially Python + Selenium);
  • Experience testing promotional and bonus systems in the gambling domain.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in the entire product lifecycle — from idea to release;
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and designers to align on goals and ensure high product quality;
  • Own the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, checklists, and bug reports;
  • Lead manual testing efforts across various platforms, OS versions, and mobile devices;
  • Ensure that issues are properly logged, tracked, and retested within the development cycle;
  • Bring a critical eye to product design and UX to proactively identify potential issues;
  • Maintain a high level of accountability, detail orientation, and initiative in all testing processes.
