Interview Stages:
1) HR Interview — up to 40 minutes;
2) Technical Interview — up to 1.5 hours;
3) Final Interview — 30 minutes.
 

If you possess the following experience and skills, you would be an excellent fit for our team:

  • 3-4 years of project management experience with various software development outsourcing/outstaffing teams;
  • 1 years of experience working as a project manager with pre-sales team;
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams;
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects at a time;
  • Proven experience in resources planning and team composition proposals;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English at an Upper Intermediate level;
  • Hands-on experience with Agile Frameworks like Scrum/Kanban;
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly;
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills;
  • Ability to balance process and result-oriented approaches effectively;
  • Knowledge or experience in change management processes;
  • Solid understanding of stakeholder management;
  • Solid understanding of risk management;
  • Demonstrated ability to bring innovative solutions to challenges;
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and SharePoint would be a plus;
  • Proven experience in requirement analysis and project estimation.
     

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks within your workflow:

  • Work with pre-sales team to thoroughly understand the client’s needs, business objectives, and desired outcomes;
  • Helps define the project’s scope by outlining the major deliverables;
  • Identifies potential risks during the pre-sales phase and collaborates with the pre-sales team to develop mitigation strategies;
  • Provide accurate cost estimates based on the proposed scope, resources, and timeline;
  • Create pre-sale project estimation document for business proposal;
  • Creating a realistic project timeline that includes key milestones and deliverables;
  • Participates in client meetings during the pre-sales phase to provide a delivery perspective, address technical concerns, and ensure that the client’s expectations are set correctly;
  • Ensures a smooth transition from pre-sales to execution;
  • Manage/Coordinate small project without PM or guide people on projects how to communicate with the customer, make decisions;
  • Responsible for the allocation of employees (allocation of employees and their % involvement in a certain project, monitoring the allocation document, preventing gaps in the involvement of employees, approve overtimes and vacations);
  • Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking across the projects;
  • Collaborate with CFO and HR to create team composition plan for proposal;
  • Collaborate with CFO to oversee financial strategy, supporting the Finance team in the development and analyses of project budgets.
