Growth Product Manager - Online Presence
We're seeking a commercially-driven Growth Product Manager to spearhead our revenue expansion through strategic software products for agencies, businesses, and individuals building online. Reporting to the Director of Product for Online Presence, this role sits at the intersection of product development and business growth with direct responsibility for driving new customer acquisition and measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product growth metrics for our online presence product portfolio.
- Generate new monetization models and commercial structures for existing products
- Stay on the forefront of new product opportunities through ongoing market analysis
- Identify and quantify multi-million dollar product opportunities with an emphasis on Product-Led Growth strategies
- Develop ROI-focused business cases with clear revenue impact
- Build financial models to forecast product performance and revenue potential
- Create, own, and deliver product roadmaps focused on user value and revenue growth
- Define and measure product experiments that inform strategic decisions
- Evaluate commercial partnership opportunities to accelerate market penetration
- Work closely with the go-to-market team to develop pricing strategies, sales enablement, and revenue optimization
- Present compelling business cases to Clevel stakeholders to secure necessary resources for high-impact growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in roles focused on driving growth for web agency or web developer software products with proven commercial impact
- Can work autonomously given a measurable goal with minimal guidance
- Deep understanding of the webhosting industry economics and profit drivers
- Experience conducting asynchronous and synchronous (live) user research studies
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate product opportunities with both commercial and technical collaborators
- Proven success of increasing customer lifetime value and growing serviceable market size through strategic Product-Led
- Growth initiatives
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams
