We are looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join our team.
 

Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Oversee and prioritize the team's workload, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the iGaming industry.
• Act as a bridge between business, product, marketing, and development teams.
• Gather and define business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Drive initiatives to improve product performance, user engagement, and monetization strategies.
• Support strategic planning with data-driven insights and ad hoc analysis.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.
   

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming sector — experience in the industry is a significant advantage.
• Solid grasp of financial analysis, product metrics, and monetization strategies.
• Proven experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
   

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of payment systems, KYC, and AML processes.
