MS Dynamics 365 Consultant to $8000
Looking for a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Consultant support in the HR Project where Grades / Compensation structure needs to be configured as per Dynamics 365 standards. The engagement can be for 2-3 months as a start. Long-term project. Working within Dubai (GMT+4) business hours.
The client is a pioneering marine geophysical service provider that integrates ocean bottom node and towed streamer seismic data acquisition techniques, ensuring seamless subsurface imaging for a sustainable future.
Job Summary:
Coordinates and manage activities related to the design, configuration, and implementation of Company enterprise information systems; improve the efficiency and productivity of Company’s operations using systems’ abilities and applications; troubleshoot and fix user issues; provide business intelligence dashboards and reports; develop and coordinate training, including development of training materials and user procedures.
Duties:
· Design, develop, and support integrations between the ERP system (D365) and other internal/external systems, ensuring solutions leverage existing functionality before custom changes.
· Analyze and design solutions to meet business requirements, configure, and customize HR/Payroll Modules to support organizational needs.
· Identify security needs, develop security profiles, manage user access, and ensure compliance with D365 system requirements and best practices.
· Test ERP applications, address user testing issues, document configurations and customizations, and train users on ERP solutions.
· Provide ongoing support for ERP applications, including applying patches, upgrades, troubleshooting configuration and data issues, and maintaining optimal system performance.
· Support ERP data integrity, troubleshoot data issues, and assist with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis, including preparing management and financial reports.
· Monitor application performance, optimize system functionalities, and actively contribute to ongoing ERP maintenance and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
· A degree level qualification in Accounting, Finance, IT or a related field is preferred.
· Extensive experience with MS Dynamics 365, with a capacity to learn additional financial and operational software.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS SQL knowledge for database management and complex query construction (highly desirable).
Good acumen in HR/Payroll Modules
· Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet demanding deadlines.
