Lovat is looking for a Support Manager (no experience required)!

About the Role:

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing support team. As a Support Manager, you will:

  • Provide exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for enhancing client experience and retention.
  • Analyze client feedback and support data to inform improvements in our services and platform.

     

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for learning and a willingness to grow.
  • Advanced or Upper Intermediate level of English and Russian language.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

     

Bonus points:

  • Experience in customer support or a related field (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Fluency in Italian, French, or German (a valuable asset).

Monthly Base Salary:

  • First Month: 750 EUR
